Seven Day Warranty

For whatever reasons you decide return the product, you are entitled to do so within seven days from the date of delivery of the product. You will be refunded the total value of the product (Granite Vanity Tops, Granite Kitchen Countertops and Garden Stone Statuary). However shipping costs to return the product are bared by the customer.

Claim

Upon delivery of our products, if you notice any damage- Here are the steps you are requested to follow:

• Kindly do not sign the delivery slip (Once you sign the delivery slip, you confirm that the product has been delivered without any damage).
• Notify us through email at help@buystonesonline.com or call us 407-847-5030 ext.100

We would either replace the product or refund your money back.

Packaging details

We offer premium quality packaging, unmatched by others in the industry.

All our Granite Vanity tops & Granite Countertops are packed with 4” X 4” X 4” cubes on the four corners & on the edges (similar to the pacakaging for major electronic items like televisions). Each top is completely rapped with polythene to avoid any scratches.

Side splashes & Back splashes are paced safely on the back of the top and tapped tightly. The top, backsplash & side splash are the put in customized high strength corrugated box.

We ship tops up to 108” in length. This is a testimony about the strength of our packaging.

At the time of delivery

We request our customers to be more proactive in tracking the shipment . It is advisable that there are more than two persons to receive the product given that our products are heavy and fragile. For products which are heavier than 120 lbs we strongly advice that there are four or more persons at the time of delivery.

Although we take best care to properly pack & ship our material, much of the safety of the product also depends how well it is being handled by the shipper. We thereby request our customers to proactively inspect the product thoroughly on all sides , edges & underneath , prior to signing the delivery slip . This will help us make the shipper accountable for any negligence from them.
